Refund Policy

At LILYICE, we take pride in the high quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that personal circumstances can change, and therefore we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, the consumer must inform us in writing within 5 days of receiving the signed-for parcel (Royal Mail). They can do so by emailing us at [email protected].

When returning the item, the item(s) must be in the same new condition as received, including all original packaging. The purchaser must ensure that the item reaches us within 14 days from the date they signed for it.

With ALL types of Earrings bought, unfortunately for health reasons we cannot accept already tried on items of earrings. The Earrings must be unopened, but able to view fully.

Initially, the purchaser will pay toward the postage return shipment, which should be sent via Royal Mail's signed-for service. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, our team will arrange a full refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund will be processed within 14 days after signed for item(s).

When reimbursing the purchaser fully, we will also include the postage fee paid by them. We require a postage receipt as proof of payment for the postage fee.

For earrings, there is a strict policy in place to safeguard the health of customers. Earrings must NOT be worn or tested. They must be returned within 14 days after the item is signed for. 

The 30-day return policy does not apply to earrings.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is not affected.
